A couple years back we found this property at a resort that offered more amenities than most any other at the lake, the Four Seasons Racquet and Country Club. Immediately we were attracted to all the amenities the Four Seasons had to offer such as an on site spa, 7 outdoor pools, 1 indoor pool, a jacuzzi, indoor and outdoor tennis courts, miles of walking trails, private ponds and full access to the Four Seasons Resort nearby. They even have a restaurant on site.

So why do people stay at our condo? Here is what they tell me.

One of the most popular requests we get is for a girls weekend at the lake. This is very popular all year round. You have the opportunity to do as much or little to do as you want. For the active ones that want to be on the go, they like to hit the shopping mall at the Osage Beach Premium Outlets with over 110 stores, enjoy some of the many restaurants the area offers, and spend time at the on site fitness center. For others, they enjoy a relaxing weekend by watching DVDs, going to the spa, sitting around having a cup of coffee, and enjoying the chat time.

Holidays can also make some memorable moments. Whether it’s watching the Four Seasons Fireworks spectacular from our resort or enjoying New Year’s Eve with friends and family, it is an event to remember. You can even cook a Thanksgiving turkey or Christmas ham with our fully furnished kitchen.

We have a prime location for golfing too.  Just minutes drive from Seasons Ridge, Witch’s Cove, Osage National and more of the best courses in the mid-west.  Contact me about getting special discounts on golf when you stay with us.

Of course, there is always the summer vacation time to do all the fun lake activities. Whether you’re into renting a boat or personal watercraft, or just laying in the sun, you can enjoy your time at the Lake of the Ozarks.

Family reunions are popular at this resort, too. I can secure other units to accommodate all sizes of families. There is plenty of nice outdoor areas with pools, grills, and grassy areas to play games and do all those things people do at family reunions.

In the past year, we even had a couple of people stay that were in the area on business. Their employer picked up the tab for them, and they were able to bring their families to enjoy some getaway time while they were at their business meetings.
